This is best when you have a day to treat yourself & you have just woken up!
☕️Hydrate yourself. Coffee or tea is best, but orange juice is good if you don’t like those!
🌹Grab some candles for yourself and head to the bathroom, light them and turn the lights off
🌸Turn on the bath water and add some cute sweet smelling things like flowers, bath salts, bubbles etc. (angels always smell good!)
🌹Turn on some cute empowering music, don’t listen to something that will make you sad! it’s too early for that my dear🌻Grab your drink of choice and relax in the tub, if you want to be angelic you should take time to love yourself
🍃When you’re ready to get clean, pay extra attention the the areas that don’t always get washed well (belly button, ears, back)
🙇♀️Now focus on these parts of your body:
💛Clean the souls of your feet, they carry you everyday so you should appreciate them (and it’s like a mini foot massage!!!)
💛Clean the souls of your hands. they grab everything you need, send love to them
💛Hold the parts of your body that you hate and think about the vital functions they do for you, complement and adore them
💛if you want to be an angel you have to try to love yourself
🛁when you think you’re clean, and you appreciated your cute angel body, hop out of the tub
🌸lotions, perfumes, and body oils will make you feel heavenly if they are available!
🌹If you wear makeup,put it on in lingerie! If your house is cold like mine, wear some cute socks and a robe or long elegant cardigan
☕️ I’d recommend another calming drink at this point, lots of liquids will help clear any acne!(:
🌸 Tell yourself how beautiful and graceful you are as you get ready, even if you don’t feel that way, positive thinking is always helpful🌸
🙇♀️If you have a journal write down all the things you love about yourself, and things that you want to get done, don’t set the bar too high! a few short simple tasks are best
